Prerequisite(s): Successful completion of MATH 107 - Intermediate Algebra T> is recommended.
This course is an introductory course to the study of macroeconomic theory, national income accounting and monetary and fiscal policy. Topics covered include the principles of opportunity cost, economic resources, and the supply and demand model. In addition, this course focuses on the circular flow model, business cycle, unemployment, inflation, Keynesian Macroeconomic theory, principles of Monetary Theory, money and banking, and monetary and fiscal policies.
