Program Description: The Associate in Arts Degree in Drama is a program designed to benefit both major and non-major students by providing an artistic environment that promotes creative development in performance and technical theatre. Students are encouraged to take design and leadership roles as they develop professional skills required for university level work or career placement. This degree fulfills the College’s mission of developing skills in written communication, oral communication, and critical thinking while advancing knowledge in diversity and social responsibility. The program is active and recognized in Region V’s Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival.
