Prerequisite(s): CRIM 101 - Introduction to Criminal Justice T> minimum grade C.
This course studies police organization and management from the perspective of the chief administrator. Principles of organization and leadership will be studied along with the function and interaction of organizational components. Administration of line, staff and auxiliary divisions and subordinate functions, policy formulation and executive responsibilities will be included.
