Prerequisite(s): CRIM 101 - Introduction to Criminal Justice T> minimum grade C.
This course studies the history, scope and nature of law; parties to crime; classification of offenses; act and intent; capacity to commit crime and defenses; arrest, search and seizure. This course includes the study of elements of major criminal statutes. Criminal Law is an integrated study of Kansas Criminal Code.
