ANSI 103 - Animal Science & Industry Lab

This course includes field trips and laboratory exercises to observe livestock related operations and activities. Animal Science and Industry Lab includes the study of feedlots, farm production operations, meat processing, digestive systems, reproductive systems and marketing operations. This course is to be taken concurrently with ANSI 102 Principles of Animal Science .
