Prerequisite(s): AUTO 151 Automotive Safety and Shop Practices with a minimum grade of C.
The study of this course introduces the beginning technician to the theory and operation of a simple internal combustion engine. The intent is to help the technician understand the principles of both the two- and four-cycle single cylinder engine. The intent is to help the beginning technician understand the nomenclature of the internal combustion engine and teh relevance to its operation. Course offered Fall semesters.
