UAST 101 - UAS Aviation

This course prepares students for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Part 107 Remote Pilot Knowledge Test. Topics include airspace classification, aviation weather, regulations governing small unmanned aircraft systems, aeronautical decision-making, crew responsibilities, radio communication procedures, sectional chart interpretation and operational limitations. Students will complete practice examinations and scenario-based exercises to prepare for FAA certification.
