UAST 100 - Introduction to UAS

This course provides an overview of unmanned aircraft systems (UAS), including aircraft platforms, components, regulations and industry applications. Students will examine principles of light, unmanned aircraft classifications and FAA regulations. Emphasis is placed on understanding how commercial operations with UAS fit in the National Air Space.
