Prerequisite(s): Placement is based upon multiple placement measures in accordance with policy.
This companion course is designed to support the writing process for students concurrently enrolled in ENGL 101 English I T> . This companion-style course assists students’ understanding of English I assignments while guiding them through writing complete sentences, developing paragraphs and five-paragraph essays, and learning the basic grammar of standard written English. (This course does not meet degree requirements.) Minimum grade of C required to advance to ENGL 098 English I Companion *** and ENGL 101 English I T> if it is necessary to retake ENGL 101 English I T>.
