MATH 008 - College Algebra Companion

Prerequisite(s): High School cumulative GPA >= 2.0 or higher OR GED Math score 145 or above OR ACT Math score 15 or above OR SAT Math score 400 or above OR ACCUPLACER QR/Algebra score 240 or above.
This course is designed to be a corequisite course for a student concurrently enrolled in College Algebra (MATH-108). This course will provide support instruction in algebraic techniques needed to be successful in College Algebra, additional problem-solving time, use of appropriate technology, as well as study techniques that benefit learning mathematics.
