COMM 201 - Intercultural Communication

This course focuses on the importance of culture in our everyday lives and the ways in which culture interrelates with and affects communication processes. Being able to communicate across cultures is imperative to our ability to function in a diverse workplace, community and world. This course will increase students’ sensitivity to other cultures, as well as increase awareness of their own cultural backgrounds and address the dynamics between the two.
