CHEM 105 - General Chemistry T> 5 Hour(s)
Prerequisite(s): ACT Math minimum test score 21 OR ACCUPLACER QR/Algebra score 250-262 OR any math class with a minimum grade C OR concurrently enrolled in a math class. This course is the study of the principles of chemistry to provide general information about the elements, atomic structure and laboratory methods for the liberal arts student who does not expect to major in science or related fields. Students should not take this course and College Chemistry I unless a more thorough background is desired in which case not more than five hours of credit toward a chemistry degree will be granted. Three hours lecture/three hours laboratory per week. Course offered Fall and Spring semesters. KRSN: CHM1030
